Who? Will Jackson, Justin Campbell, and Sasha Stanford
What? Sorry seems to be the hardest word
When? Wednesday evening
Where? The Campbell apartment
Will was terrified. Actually, terrified may have been the understatement of the year, because he had this picture in his head of walking to the door of the Campbell apartment and being slapped in cuffs and hauled off to the police station, where he'd have to explain to Euan or someone equally scary why he was drinking underage and punching up kids. All of that would be deserved, but what wouldn't be deserved was Justin or Sasha's forgiveness, or even possible friendship if he couldn't grab himself by the balls and go say he was sorry to their faces. He wouldn't blame them if they never forgave him or spoke to him again. But Justin was his first love, and still a person he treasured in his heart. And Sasha was clearly pretty special, because he was the person Justin had chosen to let love him when Will had failed to do so.
And so here he stood, at the door of the Campbell place, hands shoved into his pockets as he tried to work up his courage to ring the doorbell. When he finally did, he put his hands up tentatively, palms out in surrender before the door even opened. He needed to let whoever opened the door know that he wasn't here to fight again.
