It hadn't taken long for Kyan and Louise to realise Logan could be a SRS BSNS slave-driver when he needed to be. Not in a nasty way by any means, but he could ride them until they started to nail his choreography. He knew all the routines personally, and one overreaching concept here was that the audience was going to be expecting the movie dances in the theatre production. Just like they did with
Footloose, which was why it was a huge hit. It wasn't a direct copy of the movie, but the trademark moves were mixed into the modern Broadway spin of it. A lot of the time now, Louise still couldn't believe this was happening to
her.
But here she was, on a Broadway stage in heels, learning the
Hungry Eyes number with Kyan, who, in-character, was every bit Johnny Castle. It wasn't surprising they both ended up bursting out laughing a lot of the time. You could flick a switch on Kyan and he turned into smouldering dance sex god. She, on the other hand, wasn't all that unlike Baby in the movie and had no professional training prior to this beyond some dance classes for fun. But that was what Kyan had been looking for. 'You'll make it believable this way, trust me,' Caden had said to her. Kyan had just nodded with a look that said, 'Yep, trust him'.
Right in the middle of the dance, she went and stepped on his toe, cussing when she nearly tripped but he caught her. This wasn't the first time and the sassy straight bitch was laughing at her. She couldn't help but laugh too and so did Logan. "Take a break, guys," Logan told them.
Louise grabbed up her water bottle and took a drink. She was watching Kyan with a smirk. "Do I spy a Tiffany's bag over there, Johnny?" she teased, gesturing to the trademark bag over by his backpack. "You are disgustingly romantic as everyone says you are, aren't you?"
