Lorenzo's in hospital. He hasn't been feeling well lately (and no, he hasn't told either of you that), and last night he woke up with chest pains and shortness of breath. They're admitting him to do some tests, but it's likely stress causing it.

Who: Alex Hinton, Lewis Sheldon and Lorenzo Chevalier
What: Results
Where: Medical Ward, Mount Sinai
When: Friday night

Alex always felt bad when he had to wake patients up for a consult. Or, at least, get the nurse in charge of that room to wake them. It was one of the downsides of being a doctor on a hectic schedule, and slotting patients in could sometimes be like an epic Tetris game, fitting all the pieces into his already busy time constraints. He had just finished up with a patient on the surgical ward and this was his next stop. Lorenzo seemed barely awake, trying to get his eyes to open more when Alex arrived. The nurse had reported that Lorenzo had slept most of the day in the wake of all the tests he had gone through that Joey in the ER had ordered.

"I'm sorry I had to wake you," Alex apologised when he came into the room with Lorenzo's file. He knew of Lorenzo through mutual friends, but he hadn't personally met him yet. "I'm Alex Hinton, I've just been referred your case after your test results have come back and I wanted to sit and have a little chat with you." Sitting beside Lorenzo was his partner, Lewis. Again, Alex knew of Lewis but this was the first time he had met him. He was apparently a fantastic makeup artist and working with the Footloose crowd. Alex didn't have a creative bone in his body, so he was impressed with anyone who worked in the arts.

Who? Jude and Billy Willis
What? Brotherly support
When? Shortly after Billy's text
Where? The Bellerose/Willis apartment

Jude had cut his shopping trip incredibly short when Billy had texted him. At the end of the day, Billy would always be one of the number one people in Jude's life, and when his brother wanted to talk to him, Jude would always make that happen as quickly as possible. After all they'd been through lately, Billy's health, stability, and safety was very high priority for Jude. And no matter what, no matter how big or small his brother's concern, Jude would be there and try to support Billy in any way he could.

He made his way home by cab, as opposed to his usual leisurely stroll with the rolling grocery carrier he always used if he was taking his time, and took the elevator up to the floor where he, Billy, and Ajay lived. The apartment was still something that blew Jude's mind. He'd never once dreamed of living somewhere this incredible. But those thoughts were the farthest thing from his mind when he got home, careful to be quiet so as not to wake Ajay as he made his way to the kitchen, passing Billy in the living room on his way. "Hey, dude," he said softly. "What's going on?" Putting the groceries away could wait. Nothing needed the fridge anyway. Jude just wanted, here and now, to be there for Billy.
