1. Being able to keep your biggest secrets
2. Covering for you when you fuck up
3. Having your back when something goes wrong

5. Inside jokes
6. Laughing at you when you make a dick of yourself
7. Making sure you get home safe when you're drunk
8. Knowing something is wrong before you even realise it yourself
9. Always being there even if you think you don't want them to be

When: Friday morning
Married life hadn't been all that different for Beau and Austin to what it had been unmarried. Of course, Beau now officially lived with Austin, Angel and Rose, but their routine hadn't changed just because they were not officially married. The difference was that Austin had prescribed himself a month of unwavering work torture by staying at his studio at Ambrosiere putting in countless hours designing for Angel and the guys in Electricks for their red carpet outfits at the American Music Awards at the end of the months. It led to Beau getting bored and even though he was supposed to be on a break from work, he had taken a few shifts in the chemo clinic to help out with some staff shortages.
Now, however, he was starting to wonder if karma was having a go at him for not resting on his break like he had planned to do. Their morning routine had come to be that Beau would get up at the crack of dawn with Austin so they could have coffee and breakfast together. Beau was used to the early starts being a doctor, but Austin really, really wasn't a morning person so he needed Beau to help get him going in the morning so he could go to work and put in at least twelve hours a day, often more, so he could work on his designs and still not miss out on any of the duties he had with his internship. He wanted to be a designer, and lately, he had decided that if he didn't have all his fingers in all the pies, he might miss out on vital opportunities.
( It left Beau bored, though, and Beau never did bored very easily... )
