So, throwing a massive formal party thing to "announce" an engagement is a thing in the world of the wealthy, is it? What ever happened to good ol' word of mouth? Seven people (mostly girls) who have visited Jules in the last three days have asked him when his formal announcement will be and if there is a theme so they can have a dress made for it. Apparently a barbecue in the backyard won't cut it.
