He's the cutest! Notice the lack of wedding ring. He read that cabin pressure can give you swollen hands and he was worried they might have to cut it off.

Nobody's going anywhere with Ajay's bling. ;)

I can't' believe he's mine. Those sorts of things don't usually happen to people like me.

Ah, but when they do. :) It's nice seeing him smile, darling. You, too. You guys turned out to make quite a pair.

He's amazing. We had the best time on our honeymoon. We just talked and talked and talked. Some people think you don't really talk much when you're married, but we do.

If Mark and I didn't talk much, our marriage would've fallen apart from the very start. It nearly did on multiple occasions, but ultimately, communication is what got us through. I'm so glad you had a great time, sweetie. You deserve it.

You can't do it without communication. Ask Jude. He learnt that the hard way. But Ajay and I have always sort of talked. I say 'sort of' because there were times he couldn't, but I still talked to him. If that makes sense. It probably does, you would have it with Justin.

I'm glad he learned it at least. If you don't, you'll fuck it all up. It does make sense. When the person you love is ill, sometimes talking to them is all you can do, even when they don't talk back. I've talked to the lump under the cover in Justin's bed more times than I can name.

I've learned more now when he's having bad days. Which he still does. Someone at our wedding reception said to me, "It must be wonderful that he's recovered so well". Some people are twats. I know she didn't mean anything bad by it, but still. What was I supposed to say? "Well, actually, five days ago he had an episode and nearly pulled the plug on the wedding"?

I think there will always be bad days. Mental illness doesn't just heal. The person will have good times and bad ones, but it's how you handle it that shows them that you're really there for the long haul. A lot of people don't understand that, because they've never faced it themselves.

He still won't look in mirrors, he's not a fan of being naked, he gets overwhelmed with things like buffet breakfasts or huge menus at restaurants. They had a buffet breakfast on our honeymoon, but we got room service instead because just having the one option brought to him, he could deal better. Even me getting cancer, it didn't stop his problems.

I'm so proud of you for being aware of his needs and his triggers, Billy. It says a lot about how much you love him. You're a beautiful person. So is he. I'm happy for both of you.

I want to always be aware of them. Then at least I have a shot of easing some of the pain. I know I can't take away, but sometimes, I might be able to help. I know this sounds cheesy, but I knew the moment I met him, I had to see him again.

That's what makes you a wonderful husband. It's not cheesy at all, honey. It just says how special he was to you right from the start.

I have no idea how I would have done cancer without him. It might've killed me before I even knew I had it.

I don't believe in god, but I do believe that there are things that work out for a reason, and Ajay and you meeting was one of those things.

I didn't really know if I was a relationship person. None ever worked out or lasted very long. It's funny, because Jude always used to tease the shit out of me for having a thing for redheads and my crush on Prince Harry. Now I'm married and he's not. Life works in mysterious ways.

You're not a relationship person. You're Ajay's person. And that's a lot more important. It's not about anything else. It's about the relationship you have with him.

I just feel like we all have one person who is our perfect fit. Not everyone will find theirs, but I did and I still lie there and just watch him sleep. I don't think it counts as being a stalker when you're married.

I didn't really believe there was a perfect match for me until I tripped and fell in love with Mark. It totally doesn't count as stalking watching your other half sleep when your married. Or your kids when you're a parent, either.
