We've already made it so much farther than we might have let ourselves believe we could. I am so excited for our baby niece, and even more excited that you're here with me to be fabulous uncles together.
All this is worth it. The cancer, the chemo. It's all worth it to feel like this. I have the best family ever. BABY :D I need to teach you how to change diapers.
Did you really think I was going to let you get away from me that easy, anyway? :P I can't wait to see her grow up with you beside me. But she can stay little for a bit. No rush on that.
Well... I fully intend on being a good uncle, so we better learn that quick.
I know my procedure is coming up soon and it's going to knock me out of action and the real world for a little while, but I have more to focus on getting better for now.
I'm not losing you. Simple as that. By this time next year, I believe with all my heart that we're going to be healthy and happy again and watching Daisy grow up.
