He's been better. Hopefully getting discharged home today or tomorrow but it'll be a couple of weeks before he's feeling better. Normally I'd suggest a coffee shop but my husband had a seizure yesterday so I need to stick close to home. Would you be okay coming to my place? We're a few blocks from Merlin and Brandon.

Abdo surgery is no joke. Takes a bit to recover from. Holy shit. No, we don't need to do that. Let's just arrange a time when your husband isn't unwell. I couldn't ask you to do that. I can wait.

It's been a bit of a shock to his system but he's in excellent hands. My husband's brain-injured and has frequent seizures so it's just part and parcel of life. He's okay, I just need to be close if he needs assistance. It's really no bother. I think Merlin needs some more information to work with before he makes any significant decisions.
