One swim at the beach, and he was just all "Fuck this noise". But he didn't sleep well last night. I've made an appointment for us to speak to Mark. He's been through this, I think he can help us.

I know... I have a bruise on my thigh where he kicked me. I'm just glad he missed the balls. I'm glad you did. Mark's the best attorney out there. He's helped a lot of people I know over the years. If there's a shot of us getting to do this, Mark's our best bet.

I want to have some sort of plan. I can't do the guessing and hoping game. Mark's a father, he gets it.

He'll be able to give us at least an idea of what our chances are, based on knowing the facts we have of the situation. Maybe not a full break down, but at least a starting point.
