Not holding up as well as I wanted to, but some sleep helped a little. He's due to start on Monday.

You're only human, too, Mikey. You need to rest to keep your strength up. Don't worry, Ajay learnt that lesson the hard way too. What does he need? Did the procedure go okay?

I wasn't even thinking about me. It just all hit me at once. I made myself sick. Just the shock of it all, you know? He needs chemoradiotherapy. The procedure actually went as well as it could. They didn't quite get it all, but he's in a good position for the treatment to kill off the rest of it. Doesn't make me feel any better, though.
