Joey works with Jesse at the hospital, and he also works with Jace's big brother Evan and Evan's other half, Christian. Or he did, until Jesse took a job home-nursing Beau, who is Rosie's brother-in-law-to-be.

Six degrees of separation, or six degrees from Kevin Bacon, doesn't always mean you met everyone you're connected to. They are beyond great. They're the sort of people who make the world a better place. You'll realise this when you spend time with them. Jace is a hoot, he's a unique guy and Jesse's just s sweet and easygoing guy. They're just both sick, so life's challenging.

Is it weird I'm so completely mindfucked that we were are connected to Kevin Bacon? That's what my dad was like. I think that's why I can actually believe Jesse is dad's son too. They look similar, but there's more there. It feels sort of like we have another bit of Dad back. Does that make sense?

No, because Kevin Bacon is awesome, so clearly we all are too. It makes sense, babe. You'll never get your dad back, but Jesse's part of him like you guys are. I don't think you could hold any of this at arm's length if you tried. You should all get matching sibling ink of something your dad loved. Jace can do them.

That's a fucking brilliant idea, babe. I love it. But Jesse wants a DNA test first. I can't blame him. It will help him wrap his head around it. I mean, things have changed a lot, but he's the one who was lied to his whole life.
