Kyan listened to Trey's clarification but shrugged. "It's a big deal to me, which means it's a big deal to Reecy. For sure, I'd tell you. But there's nothing to tell and there never will be. Even if you start dating someone again and want to move in with them, I don't want you to move far away. I want you around. You saw how shit both of us were trying to live apart when I had to stay home with Mom and you needed to be at college. It's just... that was fucking terrible and I don't want to do that ever again. Besides, you're a fucking workaholic and hardly ever here, so how is it even a thing? It's cool that we can hang out so easily when we do get a bit of free time together. Even if our baby had a whole production line of aunts and uncles at the ready, I still want you to be a big part of their lives first and foremost. I want them to be making posts on their Instagram when they grow up about how much they love hanging out with their super cool Uncle Trey." Yeah, he had thought about this stuff even in the very short time he and Reecy got the surprise they were expecting. "An eighteen year old having a will. Fucking hell. It never fails to hit like a kick in the gut spelling stuff like that out. It's bad enough thinking about but knowing you have to go to Australia to make sure the will is in place in case anything awful happens is so much worse. It's no wonder you're so stressed, buddy. You need to figure out how to tackle this so it doesn't keep making you sick. Meaning, it's a team effort with you and Ash, whether you want him to let him see you sick or not. He's not going to think it makes you incapable of anything."
